4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the massager. Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the massager's charging port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours.

4.2 Wearing the Massager

The MASGRE massager offers two wearing options for convenience:

• Pull-Typed: Place the massager around your neck and shoulders, allowing the arm straps to hang down. You can hold the straps to adjust pressure.
• Back-Packed: For hands-free use, secure the massager to your back or waist using the adjustable strap. This allows for stable positioning during use.

5. Operating Instructions

The control panel is located on one of the arm straps for easy access. Refer to Image 5.1 for button identification.

5.1 Power On/Off

• Press the Power Button () to turn the massager on. The default massage mode and heat function will activate.
• Press and hold the Power Button again to turn the massager off.

5.2 Massage Modes

• Press the Massage Way Button (M) to cycle through available massage modes. The massager features bidirectional kneading, and this button allows you to switch the rotation direction of the massage heads.

5.3 Heating Function

• Press the Heating Switch Button () to turn the heating function on or off. The heat indicator light will illuminate when active.
