This manual provides essential information for safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new treadmill.
2. Safety Information
Please read all instructions carefully before using the treadmill. Retain this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these safety guidelines may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Ensure the treadmill is placed on a flat, stable surface with adequate clearance around it (at least 2 feet on all sides).
- Keep children and pets away from the treadmill during operation.
- Always attach the safety key clip to your clothing before starting the treadmill. The safety key is a crucial safety feature that will immediately stop the treadmill if detached.
- Wear appropriate athletic footwear and clothing. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught in moving parts.
- Do not exceed the maximum user weight capacity of 308 lbs (140 kg).
- If you experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort during your workout, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.
- Unplug the treadmill from the power outlet when not in use, before cleaning, or before performing any maintenance.

4. Setup
The Ksports Walking Pad & Folding Treadmill requires no complex assembly. It is designed for quick and easy setup.
- Unfolding the Treadmill: Carefully lift the main console from its folded position until it locks into place. Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged.
- Adjusting the Handlebars/Desk: Locate the adjustment knobs or levers on the side supports. Loosen them, slide the handlebars to your desired height, and then securely tighten the knobs/levers. The removable desk can be attached to the handlebars for a working setup.
- Placing the Safety Key: Insert the safety key into its designated slot on the console. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key properly inserted.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Powering On/Off
- To power on, ensure the safety key is inserted and press the 'Start/Stop' button on the console or the watch remote.
- To power off, press the 'Start/Stop' button again or remove the safety key.
5.2. Modes of Operation
The treadmill offers three primary modes: Walking, Working, and Running.
- Walking Mode: Speed range of 0.6-3.8 MPH. Ideal for light exercise or under-desk use.
- Working Mode: Speed range of 0.6-3.8 MPH. Utilizes the adjustable and removable desk for multitasking.
- Running Mode: Speed range of 0.6-7.8 MPH. Requires the handlebars to be in the upright position for stability and safety.

5.3. Speed Adjustment
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the console or watch remote to adjust speed incrementally.
- Speed shortcuts (2/4/6) are available on the console for quick adjustments.

5.4. Manual Incline
The treadmill features a 2-level manual incline system to increase workout intensity. To adjust the incline, lift the rear of the treadmill and secure the support legs into the desired position (0% or 5% incline). Ensure both sides are set evenly before use.

5.5. Countdown Modes and Preset Programs
- 3 Countdown Modes: Set specific targets for Time, Distance, or Calories. Use the 'Mode' button to cycle through these options and the '+' / '-' buttons to set your desired value.
- 12 Preset Programs (P01-P12): These programs offer varied speed and incline profiles for different workout goals. Press the 'Prog' button to select a program.

5.6. Bluetooth Connectivity & Fitness Apps
Connect your smart device via Bluetooth to enhance your workout experience. The treadmill supports integration with popular fitness applications such as FitShow, Kinomap, and Zwift, allowing for interactive training and progress tracking. You can also play music through the built-in speakers.

5.7. Sit-Up Function
The treadmill includes an Ab mat and sit-up strap for additional core exercises. Position the mat on the treadmill deck and secure your feet with the strap as shown in Figure 5.6.
