Setup Guide

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds and charging case. Connect the provided Type-C USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

2. Pairing with Your Device

First-time Pairing: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and select "JBL Tune Flex 2" from the list of available devices.

Multi-point Connection: The JBL Tune Flex 2 supports connecting to two devices simultaneously. After pairing with the first device, disable Bluetooth on that device. Pair the earbuds with the second device. Once paired, re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The earbuds will now be connected to both.

Google Fast Pair: For Android devices, the earbuds support Google Fast Pair for quick and seamless connection. Simply open the case near your Android device and follow the on-screen prompts.

3. Installing the JBL Headphones App
