3. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your HP ProDesk 600 G3 Mini PC system:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from their packaging.
  2. Position the Monitor: Place the 24-inch FHD monitor on a stable, flat surface.
  3. Connect the Monitor: Connect the monitor to the mini PC using one of the DisplayPort cables. The mini PC has two DisplayPort outputs.

  4. Connect Keyboard and Mouse: Plug the keyboard and mouse into any available USB 3.1 Type-A ports on the mini PC. The mini PC features six USB 3.1 Type-A ports (two front, four rear) and one USB 3.1 Type-C port on the front.

  5. Connect Speakers: Connect the RGB speakers to the Universal Audio Jack on the front of the mini PC. Ensure the speakers are powered, typically via USB.
  6. Connect Network (Optional): For a wired internet connection, connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the RJ45 LAN port on the rear of the mini PC. For wireless connectivity, insert the provided Wireless Adapter into an available USB port.
