Setup
1. Helmet Sizing and Fit
A properly fitting helmet is crucial for safety. The helmet should fit snugly around your head without causing pressure points. It should not move freely when you shake your head. If the helmet is too loose, it may not provide adequate protection.
- To check fit, place the helmet on your head and fasten the chin strap.
- Try to rotate the helmet from side to side and front to back. Your skin should move with the helmet.
- If the helmet slides independently of your skin, it is too large.
2. Chin Strap Adjustment
The chin strap must always be securely fastened. The D-ring retention system ensures a secure fit.
- Thread the strap through both D-rings.
- Loop the strap back through the first D-ring only.

Operating
1. Wearing the Helmet
