1. Stage 1: Coco-Carbon Prefilter
   This pre-filter captures larger particles such as dust, pet dander, and pollen. It also helps reduce odors from cooking, smoking, and pets. This filter is cleanable.
2. Stage 2: True HEPA Filter
   The H13 True HEPA filter removes up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including smoke, dust, pollen, pet hair, dander, mold spores, and dust mites.

4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to set up your Airvana AV150 Air Purifier for the first time.

1. Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging.
2. Place on a Stable Surface: Position the air purifier on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of space around the unit for optimal airflow.
3. Check Filters: The filters are pre-installed. Ensure they are correctly seated before operation. Refer to the "Filter Maintenance" section for details on checking and installing filters.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the air purifier, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Learn how to use the various functions of your air purifier.

Power On/Off:

• Press the On/Off Power Button once to turn the unit on. The unit will start on the lowest fan speed.
• Press the On/Off Power Button again to turn the unit off.

Adjusting Fan Speed and Sleep Mode:

• Press the Fan Speed & Sleep Mode Button repeatedly to cycle through the fan speeds: Low, Medium, High, Turbo.
• To activate Sleep Mode, continue pressing the Fan Speed & Sleep Mode Button until the Sleep Mode indicator lights up. In Sleep Mode, the air purifier operates on the Low fan speed, and the accent light will turn off, with only the Sleep Mode light remaining on.

LED Accent Light:

The AV150 features an LED accent light with multiple color options to suit your preference.

• Press the LED Accent Light Button to cycle through the available colors.
• Press again to turn the accent light off.

Timer Function:

• Press the Timer Button to set the operating time. Each press will cycle through preset durations (e.g., 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours).
• The unit will automatically turn off once the set time has elapsed.

6. Maintenance and Filter Care

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your air purifier.

Coco-Carbon Prefilter Cleaning:

• Under normal conditions, the pre-filter should be cleaned every 3 months.
• Use a brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner to gently clean the pre-filter.
• Do not immerse the pre-filter in water.

True HEPA Filter Replacement:

• The permanent True HEPA filter should be cleaned or replaced every 6-12 months (approximately 4,320 hours) under normal continuous use. This interval may vary depending on air quality and environmental factors.
• The Filter Indicator Light will illuminate when it's time to check or replace the filter.

1. Step 1: Unplug the air purifier. Remove the front panel by pulling it forward.
2. Step 2: Insert the new pre-filter onto the front of the HEPA filter and secure the pre-filter by pressing down on the velcro.
3. Step 3: Remove the old filter from the unit by pulling the filter forward.
4. Step 4: Place the new filter back into the unit, ensuring the pre-filter faces out. Place the front panel back on and press until it clicks into place.

After replacing the filter, reset the filter indicator by pressing and holding the Filter Indicator Light button for 3 seconds until the light turns off.
