3. Normal Operation: When the UPS is connected to AC power and turned on, it provides conditioned power to your connected devices and charges its internal battery. The LED indicator will typically be solid green.
4. Battery Mode: During a power outage or significant voltage fluctuation, the UPS will automatically switch to battery power. You will hear an audible alarm (beeping) and the LED indicator may change color or flash. This provides time to save your work and properly shut down your equipment.
5. Overload Protection: If the connected load exceeds the UPS's capacity, the circuit breaker may trip. Disconnect non-essential equipment, then press the red Circuit Breaker button to reset the UPS.
