Resistance Levels

3. Setup and Assembly

Attaching Handles and Ankle Straps

The handles and ankle straps feature sturdy carabiner clips for quick and secure attachment to the resistance bands. Simply open the clip, attach it to the metal ring on the end of your desired resistance band(s), and close the clip securely.

Using the Door Anchor

The door anchor allows you to perform a wide range of exercises by securing the bands to a sturdy door frame. To use:

  1. Open the door.
  2. Place the foam end of the door anchor on the opposite side of the door from where you will be exercising.
  3. Close the door, ensuring the foam end is securely wedged between the door and the frame. The strap with the loop should be visible on your side.
  4. Attach your resistance band(s) to the loop of the door anchor using the carabiner clip.
  5. Ensure the door is firmly closed and will not open during your workout. For safety, it is recommended to use a heavy, sturdy door.

4. Operating Instructions / Exercise Guidance

Before starting any exercise, ensure all attachments are secure and the bands are free from damage. Choose the appropriate resistance level for your exercise and fitness level. You can combine bands for increased resistance.

  • Bicep Curl: Stand on the band, hold handles, curl arms upwards.
  • Side Lateral Raises: Stand on the band, hold handles, raise arms to the sides.
  • Triceps Extension: Anchor band to door (high), face away, extend arms downwards.
  • Hips/Leg Adductor: Attach ankle strap, anchor band to door (low), perform leg movements.
  • Ab Twist: Anchor band to door (mid-level), hold handles, twist torso.
  • Squat: Stand on the band, hold handles at shoulder height, perform squats.
  • Upper Back Row: Anchor band to door (mid-level), pull handles towards your body.
