1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new ice machine. 1.1 Safety Information

2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the machine for any shipping damage. Retain packaging for future transport if needed. Note that the product may arrive in two separate packages.

2.2 Placement

Place the ice machine on a flat, stable surface capable of supporting its weight when full of ice. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation. The machine features adjustable height feet.

2.3 Electrical and Water Connection

Connect the ice machine to a dedicated grounded electrical outlet as specified in the technical data. Connect the water inlet to a potable water supply using the provided water filter. Ensure the drain hose is properly routed to a suitable drain.

3. Operation

3.1 Control Panel

The ice machine is equipped with a smart LCD control panel for easy operation. Functions include timing, reminders, and self-cleaning. The panel also displays the surrounding temperature and allows for ice cube size adjustment.

3.2 Ice Making Process

The machine can produce over 450 lbs of ice within 24 hours and store up to 300 lbs. Approximately 156 ice cubes are produced every 5-15 minutes. The process is highly efficient with low water and energy consumption.

3.3 Ice Storage and Dispensing

The integrated storage bin can hold up to 300 lbs of ice. A stainless steel ice scoop is included for convenient ice retrieval. The bin features a food-grade PP liner and a thickened cyclopentane insulation layer to prevent ice melting for up to 8 hours.

3.4 Reservation Feature

The ice machine includes a selectable reservation duration feature, allowing you to schedule ice production within a 1-24 hour window. This is useful for preparing ice in advance for peak demand periods.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Regular Cleaning

The machine features an auto self-cleaning function. Regular manual cleaning of the ice bin and water system is also recommended to maintain hygiene and ice quality. Refer to the control panel for initiating the self-cleaning cycle.

4.2 Filter Replacement

The multi-stage filtration system purifies water for crystal-clear, odorless ice. Replace the water filter periodically as indicated by the machine or based on water quality to ensure optimal performance and prevent mineral buildup.

4.3 Long-Term Storage

If the machine will not be used for an extended period, drain all water from the system and clean the interior thoroughly. Disconnect power and water supply. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
