3.2 Charging the Device

The 5012H oscilloscope is equipped with a built-in 3000mAh rechargeable lithium battery. For first-time use, it is recommended to fully charge the device.

  1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the USB port on the oscilloscope.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.

  4. If further adjustments are needed, use the navigation buttons (▲/▼ and ◀/▶) to modify the vertical sensitivity (Volts/div) and horizontal time base (Time/div).
  5. Use the TRIG button and navigation keys to fine-tune the trigger level for stable waveform capture.
  6. Press the EDGE button to switch between rising edge and falling edge triggering, depending on your signal.

The 5012H allows you to save and manage waveform images:

  1. Saving a Waveform: While a waveform is displayed, press the SAVE button. The current waveform image will be saved to the internal 64MB storage. The device can store up to 2000 waveform pictures.
