Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. Two people are recommended for easier installation.
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components and compare them with the package contents list.
- Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the bottom wire panels using the provided connectors and hardware. Ensure all connections are secure but do not fully tighten until the entire frame is assembled.
- Erect Side and Back Panels: Attach the side and back wire panels to the base frame and to each other using the connectors.
- Install the Door Panel: Integrate the door panel into the front section of the catio. Ensure the secure latches are functional.
- Attach the Top Frame: Secure the top wire panels to complete the main structure.
- Install Jumping Platforms: Position the four jumping platforms at desired heights within the enclosure. Secure them firmly using the provided hardware. These can be adjusted to suit your cat's agility.
- Hang the Hammock: Attach the soft hammock to the top section of the catio.
- Apply Waterproof Cover: Drape the waterproof and UV-resistant Oxford cloth cover over the top of the catio, securing it as instructed to protect against weather elements.
- Final Tightening: Once all panels and accessories are in place, go back and fully tighten all bolts and nuts to ensure maximum stability.

Operating Instructions
- Placement: Position the catio in a suitable outdoor or indoor location, ensuring it is on a level surface.
- Cat Introduction: Gently introduce your cats to the enclosure. Allow them to explore at their own pace.
- Using Platforms and Hammock: Encourage your cats to use the jumping platforms and hammock for climbing, resting, and observation. You may place treats or toys on them initially.
- Access: Use the secure door for easy access to your cats and for placing food, water, or litter boxes inside. Always ensure the door is securely latched when cats are inside.
- Supervision: While the catio provides a secure environment, periodic supervision is recommended, especially during initial use.
Maintenance
