1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the Pukomc Electric Indoor Grill. This 2-in-1 appliance is designed for versatile indoor grilling, roasting, and frying, offering a convenient way to prepare a variety of meals. 2. Important Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plugs, or heating element in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

• WARNING: Before use, pour water into the oil pan and sump. The water level must not be over the oil pan. Do not touch the heating tube.

4. Setup Instructions

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Wash the grill plate, grill net, grease tray, and raclette pans with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
3. Assemble Base: Place the main grill unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
4. Insert Grease Tray: Slide the grease tray into the bottom of the main unit.
5. Add Water: Pour water into the grease tray, ensuring the water level does not exceed the oil pan and does not touch the heating tube. This helps to reduce smoke and catch drippings.
6. Choose Cooking Surface:
   • For grilling with direct contact: Place the non-stick coated grill plate directly on top of the heating element.
   • For grilling with a rack: Place the grill net on top of the heating element.
7. Insert Raclette Pans: Slide the three mini raclette pans into their designated slots beneath the main cooking surface.
8. Connect Power: Ensure the temperature control knob is set to "OFF" before plugging the power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Preheat: Turn the temperature control knob to your desired setting. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the grill is heating. Allow 5-10 minutes for the grill to reach the set temperature.
2. Cooking:
   • Main Grill Plate/Net: Place food directly on the non-stick grill plate or grill net. The 1700W heating element provides rapid and even heating for searing meats, grilling vegetables, or cooking seafood.
   • Raclette Pans: Use the mini raclette pans for melting cheese, warming sauces, or cooking smaller items like chopped vegetables or shrimp simultaneously.
3. Temperature Control: Adjust the knob to increase or decrease the heat as needed for different foods. The grill is designed for precise temperature control.
4. Monitoring: Monitor food closely to prevent overcooking. Cooking times will vary based on food type, thickness, and desired doneness.
