Important Safety Instructions
- Outdoor Use Only: This fryer is designed for outdoor use exclusively. Never operate indoors or in enclosed spaces.
- Propane Only: Use only with a standard 20lb propane tank. Ensure all connections are tight and leak-free before lighting.
- Oil Level: Do not overfill the pot with oil. Always ensure the oil level is below the maximum fill line to prevent overflow during cooking.
- Temperature Monitoring: Always use the provided thermometer to monitor oil temperature. Do not exceed 350°F (175°C) for deep frying.
- Water and Oil: Never allow water or ice to come into contact with hot oil. This can cause severe burns and fire.
- Personal Protection: Wear appropriate protective gear, including long sleeves, long pants, and heat-resistant gloves, when operating the fryer.
- Stable Surface: Place the fryer on a level, stable, non-combustible surface away from flammable materials.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the fryer during operation and while it is cooling down.

Assembly and Setup
Follow these steps to assemble your fryer and prepare for use:
- Assemble Burner Stand: The heavy-duty stand is designed for easy setup. Ensure all parts are securely welded.
- Install Burner: Mount the cast iron propane burner onto the stove stand.
- Attach Heatshields: Secure the heatshields around the burner for protection.
- Connect Regulator: Attach the 5PSIG regulator hose to the burner and then to your 20lb propane tank. Ensure all connections are hand-tight and leak-free.
- Position Pot: Place the 36QT deep pot onto the assembled burner stand.

Operating Instructions
Deep Frying Turkey/Chicken
- Add Oil: Fill the 36QT pot with cooking oil (e.g., peanut oil, canola oil) up to the recommended fill line. Do not overfill.
- Preheat Oil: Light the burner and slowly heat the oil to 325-350°F (163-177°C). Use the provided thermometer to monitor the temperature.
- Prepare Turkey: Ensure the turkey is completely thawed and dry. Use the marinade injector to add desired seasonings.
- Lower Turkey: Carefully attach the turkey to the turkey rack and lifting hook. Slowly and gently lower the turkey into the hot oil. Ensure the burner is turned off during this step to prevent flare-ups.
- Cook: Once the turkey is submerged, re-light the burner and maintain the oil temperature. Cook for approximately 3.5-4 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove Turkey: Carefully lift the turkey from the oil using the lifting hook. Allow excess oil to drain before transferring to a platter.

Seafood Boiling/Steaming
- Add Water: Fill the 36QT pot with water to the desired level for boiling or steaming.
- Heat Water: Light the burner and bring the water to a rolling boil.
- Add Seasoning: Add your preferred seafood boil seasonings to the water.
- Add Seafood: Place seafood (e.g., crab, crawfish, shrimp) into the 25QT basket. Carefully lower the basket into the boiling water.
- Cook: Cook until seafood is done. Cooking times vary by type and quantity of seafood.
- Remove Seafood: Use the basket handle to lift the seafood from the pot. Allow excess water to drain.

Temperature Control
The robust 50,000 BTU cast iron propane burner provides powerful and stable heat output. Use the adjustable 5PSIG regulator to control the flame intensity and maintain the desired cooking temperature. The included thermometer will help you monitor the oil or water temperature accurately.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper care ensures the longevity of your fryer:
- Cool Down: Always allow the pot and burner to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
- Cleaning Pot & Basket: Wash the aluminum pot and basket with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent water spots or corrosion.
- Cleaning Burner: Wipe down the burner stand and components with a damp cloth. Ensure no food debris or oil residue remains.
- Storage: Store all components in a dry, protected area. Use the provided 600D Oxford dustproof cover to protect the pot from dust and moisture when not in use.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Burner Not Lighting:
- Check propane tank connection and ensure the valve is open.
- Verify regulator is properly connected and adjusted.
- Ensure there is sufficient propane in the tank.
- Oil Not Heating:
- Confirm the burner flame is strong and consistent. Adjust regulator if necessary.
- Check for any blockages in the burner or hose.
- Excessive Smoke:
- Ensure the oil is not overheated (above 350°F/177°C).
