5. Operating Instructions

Standard Use (Fenced Cart)

With all four mesh side panels in place, the cart functions as a traditional utility wagon, ideal for transporting loose materials like soil, mulch, or smaller tools. The 900-lb load capacity allows for significant hauling in a single trip.

Flatbed Conversion (2-in-1 Design)

For hauling oversized or irregularly shaped items, the mesh side panels can be easily removed. Simply unlatch the quick-release pins on each panel to convert the cart into a flatbed trailer. This feature provides exceptional versatility for various tasks.

Maneuvering and Terrain

The 10-inch rubber tires are designed for smooth movement across diverse terrains, including grass, mud, rocks, and snow. The 180° adjustable T-shaped handle provides excellent maneuverability, allowing for easy steering in any direction. The rubber grip ensures a comfortable and firm hold.

Towing Capability

The handle design allows for easy conversion to a towing hitch, enabling the cart to be pulled by an ATV or tractor for heavier loads or longer distances. Ensure the towing mechanism is securely attached before operation.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the cart regularly with water and mild soap. Dry thoroughly to prevent rust, especially on the Q235 steel frame with its powder-coated surface.
  • Fasteners: Periodically check all bolts, nuts, and pins to ensure they are tight. Tighten any loose fasteners to maintain structural integrity.
  • Tires: The 10-inch rubber tires are tubeless. Check tire pressure periodically and inflate as needed to the recommended PSI (check tire sidewall for specific pressure).
  • Storage: Store the garden cart in a dry, covered area to protect it from harsh weather conditions and prolong its lifespan.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Cart is difficult to pull/steer: Check tire pressure. Ensure all wheels are properly aligned and spinning freely. Verify the handle assembly is correctly installed and pivots smoothly.
  • Wobbling or Instability: Check all frame connections and wheel attachments for tightness. Ensure the load is evenly distributed and within the 900-lb weight limit.
  • Side panels not staying in place: Ensure the quick-release pins or latches are fully engaged. Check for any debris obstructing the locking mechanism.
