1. Introduction and Overview

The HRD-757 Multiband Radio is a versatile portable device designed for comprehensive radio reception and multimedia playback. 2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that the following items are included:

2.2 Battery Installation and Charging

The HRD-757 radio is powered by a 3.7V 2500mAh lithium battery. If the battery is not pre-installed, open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit and insert the battery, ensuring correct polarity. Connect the provided USB-C power cord to the radio's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The display will indicate charging status. Fully charge the battery before first use.

2.3 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button (usually marked with a circle and vertical line) to turn the radio on or off. The backlit display will illuminate upon power-on.

3.1 Radio Operation (FM, AM, SW, V.UHF, AIR, WB)

3.2 Bluetooth (BT) Playback

The radio supports Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless audio streaming from compatible devices within a 20-meter range.

  1. Turn on the radio and switch to Bluetooth mode (usually indicated by a BT icon on the display).

3.3 TF Card Playback

Insert a TF (microSD) card (up to 256GB) into the designated slot. The radio supports MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, and FLAC audio formats. The radio will automatically switch to TF card playback mode or you can select it manually. Use the navigation buttons to browse and play tracks.

3.4 App Control

The HRD-757 can be controlled remotely via a dedicated mobile application (compatible with Android and Harmony OS) within 20 meters. This allows for convenient band and mode switching.

3.5 Alarm Clock Function

The radio features two modes for scheduled power-on and scheduled alarm clock. You can choose from two ringtones ("n1" and "n2").

  1. Press the ALARM button to enter alarm setting mode.
  2. Use the navigation buttons or shuttle knob to set the desired alarm time.
  3. Press SQ.ST to confirm the time.
  4. To choose an alarm ringtone, press SQ.ST again. "n1" and "n2" will appear on the LCD. Use buttons or the knob to select, then press SQ.ST to confirm.
