4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is estimated to take approximately 30 minutes for one person. Please follow these steps carefully. Gloves and a screwdriver are included to assist with assembly.

4.1 Pre-Assembly Checklist:

• Ensure all parts listed in Section 3 are present.
• Clear a spacious, clean, and level area for assembly.
• Keep small parts out of reach of children.

4.2 Assembly Steps:

1. Attach the adjustable feet to the bottom panel of the cabinet.
2. Connect the side panels to the bottom panel using the provided hardware.
3. Insert the back panels into the grooves of the side panels. Note: The back panels may have cutouts for cable management.
4. Attach the top panel to the side and back panels.
5. Install the adjustable shelves at your desired height. The cabinet features multiple pre-drilled holes for shelf adjustment.
6. Attach the hinges to the glass doors and then secure the doors to the cabinet frame.
7. Install the gold accent knobs onto the glass doors.
8. Attach the magnetic door stoppers to ensure the doors close securely.
9. Place the cabinet in its desired location. Ensure it is on a stable, level surface.
10. For added stability and safety, consider securing the cabinet to a wall using appropriate hardware (not included).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Opening and Closing Doors:

Gently pull the gold accent knobs to open the glass doors. The doors are secured by magnetic stoppers when closed, ensuring they remain shut.

5.2 Adjusting Shelves:

The cabinet features two adjustable shelves. To adjust a shelf, remove all items from it, then carefully lift the shelf and reposition the shelf pins into the desired pre-drilled holes along the side panels. Ensure the shelf is level and securely seated on all four pins before placing items back.

6. Care and Maintenance

The Bevivog cabinet is constructed from electrostatic powder-coated cold-rolled steel, making it odorless, waterproof, rust-proof, and easy to clean. The glass doors are made of tempered glass for durability.

• Cleaning: Wipe metal surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
• Glass Care: Clean glass doors with a standard glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
• Stability: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight.
• Weight Distribution: Distribute weight evenly across shelves and do not exceed the stated weight limits (Top: 120 lbs, Shelves: 100 lbs each).

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Bevivog cabinet, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Cabinet is wobbly: Ensure the cabinet is on a level surface. Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom until stable. Verify all assembly screws are tightened.
• Doors do not close properly: Check that the magnetic stoppers are correctly aligned and installed. Ensure hinges are securely fastened and adjusted if necessary.
• Shelves are not level: Re-check that shelf pins are fully inserted into corresponding holes on both sides of the cabinet.
