4. Getting Started

4.1 Charging

PearlClip Pro:

1. Place the earbuds into their charging case, ensuring the charging contacts align.
2. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
3. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 1.5 hours for the earbuds and 2 hours for the case.

Q30 HD+:

1. Open the charging port cover on the in-line control unit.
2. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the port and to a power source.
3. The LED indicator will turn red during charging and blue when fully charged. A full charge typically takes approximately 1.5 hours.

4.2 Power On/Off

PearlClip Pro:

• Power On: Open the charging case, or press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 1.5 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 10 seconds.

Q30 HD+:

• Power On: Press and hold the Multi-function Button (MFB) on the in-line control for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash blue.
• Power Off: Press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash red and then turn off.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

PearlClip Pro:

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, and the indicator light on one earbud will flash white and red alternately.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet).
3. Select "SoundPEATS PearlClip Pro" from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wearing the Earbuds

PearlClip Pro:

• Gently clip the earbuds onto your ear, ensuring the speaker is positioned correctly over your ear canal without entering it.
• Adjust the earbud for a comfortable and secure fit. The flexible memory wire should conform to your ear shape.

Q30 HD+:

• Select the ear tips that best fit your ear canals for optimal sound and comfort.
• Insert the earbuds into your ear canals and adjust them to create a snug seal.
• Drape the neckband comfortably around your neck.

5.2 Controls

PearlClip Pro (Touch Controls):

• Play/Pause: Double-tap the touch area on either earbud.
• Volume Up: Tap the right earbud once.
• Volume Down: Tap the left earbud once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the right earbud for 1.5 seconds.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the left earbud for 1.5 seconds.
• Answer/End Call: Double-tap the touch area on either earbud.
