1. Introduction and Overview

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new event shelter. Designed for both commercial and recreational use, this tent is ideal for a variety of large-scale outdoor events such as weddings, family gatherings, graduation ceremonies, and parties.

With a spacious 512 square feet of coverage, it can comfortably accommodate approximately 6 round tables and up to 80 people, ensuring a comfortable experience for your guests.

2. Safety Information

• Wind Precautions: Use sandbags and pegs to secure the tent when wind speeds reach 25 mph or higher. Always monitor weather conditions and disassemble the tent if severe weather is anticipated.
• Anchoring: Ensure all ground poles are fully attached and the tent is properly anchored using the provided pegs and sandbags (or expansion screws on concrete floors) to prevent uplift or collapse.
• Fire Safety: Keep all open flames, heaters, and heat-producing appliances away from the tent fabric. The tent material is not fireproof.
• Snow Load: While the tent offers some snow resistance, it is not designed for heavy snow accumulation. Clear snow promptly to prevent structural damage.
• Assembly: Assembly requires multiple people (3-4 recommended) and should be performed on a clear, level surface. Follow all assembly steps carefully.
• Supervision: Do not allow children to play unsupervised around the tent during assembly or disassembly.

4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically takes 40-60 minutes with 3-4 people. All poles are labeled for easy identification. Refer to the included assembly diagram for specific part numbers and connections.

1. Prepare the Area: Choose a clear, level outdoor space for assembly. Ensure there are no overhead obstructions or underground utilities.
2. Unpack and Sort: Unpack all boxes and sort the poles and connectors according to their labels (letters/numbers). This will significantly speed up the assembly process.
3. Assemble the Roof Structure: Begin by connecting the roof poles and connectors on the ground, following the assembly diagram. The poles are designed to snap together easily.

4. Attach the Roof Tarp: Carefully drape the 160g PE waterproof top cover over the assembled roof frame. Secure the tarp to the poles using the provided elastic cords, threading them through the grommets and looping them around the poles. Ensure a snug fit.
5. Install Side Poles: Attach the vertical side poles to the roof structure. This will raise the tent to its full height.
6. Build the Ground Frame: Assemble the full-link ground tubes to form the base of the tent. This square frame provides crucial stability and wind resistance.
7. Connect Side Poles to Ground Frame: Insert the bottom of the side poles into the corresponding connectors on the ground frame. This connection is vital for the tent's overall stability and strength.
8. Attach Sidewalls and Doors: The tent includes 6 removable sidewalls with PVC church-style windows and 2 zippered end walls (doors). Attach these to the tent frame using the integrated fasteners. The zippered doors can be rolled up and clipped for easy entry/exit.
9. Secure the Tent: Utilize the metal ground nails/stakes to anchor the tent firmly to the ground. For additional stability, especially in windy conditions, fill the built-in sandbag pockets at each corner with sand or heavy material, and use the provided wind ropes to tie down the tent.

• Water Leakage:
  • Check that the top cover is stretched taut and evenly distributed over the frame to prevent water pooling.
  • Ensure all elastic cords are securely fastened, pulling the tarp tight against the frame.
• Difficulty Assembling:
  • Double-check that all poles are correctly identified by their labels and matched to the assembly diagram.
