6.3 Brushing Technique

For optimal results, follow these brushing guidelines:

  1. Wet the brush head and apply a small amount of toothpaste.
  2. Place the brush head against your teeth at a slight angle towards the gum line.
  3. Gently move the brush head slowly across each tooth, allowing the sonic vibrations to do the work. Do not scrub aggressively.
  4. Follow the 30-second interval reminders to brush all four quadrants of your mouth (upper right, upper left, lower right, lower left).
  5. Rinse your mouth and the brush head thoroughly after brushing.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning the Toothbrush

Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the life of your toothbrush.

  • After each use, rinse the brush head and bristles thoroughly under running water.
  • Wipe the handle with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the entire handle in water for extended periods, although it is IPX7 waterproof.
  • Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed when not charging to maintain water resistance.

7.2 Replacing Brush Heads

Dentists recommend replacing brush heads every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.

  1. Grip the brush head firmly and pull it straight off the handle.
  2. Align a new brush head with the metal shaft and push it down until it clicks into place.
