Setup Instructions
Setting up your Yaheetech Pop Up Canopy Tent is a straightforward process. While it can be managed by one person, two people are recommended for optimal ease and speed.
- Unpack the Frame: Remove the folded frame from the wheeled carry bag. Place the frame in the desired setup location.
- Partially Extend the Frame: Gently pull the frame outwards from opposite corners until it is partially extended. Do not fully extend the legs yet.
- Attach the Canopy Top: Drape the canopy fabric over the partially extended frame. Ensure the corners of the canopy align with the frame's corners. Secure the canopy to the frame using the attached straps or Velcro fasteners.
- Fully Extend the Frame: From the center of the frame, push upwards until the frame locks into place. This will fully open the canopy.
- Adjust Leg Height: Press the buttons on each leg to extend them to your desired height (10.3′, 10.6′, or 10.9′). Ensure all legs are locked at the same height for stability.
- Secure the Canopy: Use the provided stakes and guy lines to anchor the canopy to the ground. Fill the included sandbags with sand or other heavy material and attach them to the legs for additional stability, especially in windy conditions.

Adjusting Height
To adjust the height of the canopy, simply press the push-button on each leg and slide the leg to the desired height setting. Ensure all four legs are adjusted to the same height for stability and proper canopy tension.
Utilizing Sidewalls (Optional)
The canopy comes with four detachable sidewalls. Three of these feature windows to allow light in, and one is a front panel with double-sided zippers for easy access. Attach the sidewalls using the Velcro fasteners along the top and sides of the frame. This allows you to customize the level of privacy and protection from elements.

Weather Considerations
The canopy features a UPF 50+ UV protective coating for sun protection and a water-resistant PU coating. However, it is important to note that while water-resistant, the tent may not be fully waterproof in heavy rain. Always secure the tent with guy lines, ground anchors, and sandbags when using in windy conditions. Disassemble and store the canopy during strong winds, heavy rain, or snow to prevent damage.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before folding and storing to prevent mildew.
- Frame Care: Inspect the steel frame regularly for any signs of rust or damage. Clean any dirt or debris from the frame. The hammered paint finish provides good resistance to water and scratches.
- Storage: Always store the canopy in its wheeled carry bag in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Ensure all components are clean and dry before storage.
- Strap Tension: Periodically check and tighten the straps on the canopy top to prevent water accumulation, especially after rain.
Troubleshooting
- Difficulty Extending/Retracting Frame: Ensure all locking mechanisms are disengaged before attempting to extend or retract the frame. Apply gentle, even pressure. If the frame is stiff, check for any obstructions or debris in the joints.
- Canopy Not Taut: Verify that the frame is fully extended and locked. Ensure all leg heights are set equally. Adjust the canopy straps to pull the fabric taut.
- Water Accumulation on Top: This can occur if the canopy is not sufficiently taut or if the straps are loose. Tighten the straps and ensure the frame is fully extended. In heavy rain, it is advisable to lower the canopy or tilt one side to allow water to run off.
- Instability in Wind: Always use all provided stakes, guy lines, and sandbags. Ensure sandbags are filled with sufficient weight. For strong winds, it is recommended to take down the canopy.
