Setup

1. Unpacking and Placement

  • Carefully remove the machine from its packaging.
  • Place the machine on a sturdy, level, and dry surface.
  • Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the machine, leaving at least 6 inches of space from walls or other appliances, especially around the heat dissipation vents.
  • Avoid placing the machine in direct sunlight or near heat sources.

2. Initial Cleaning

  • Before first use, wash all removable parts (tanks, lids, agitators, faucets, drip trays) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

1. Filling the Tanks

  • Power (Main Power Switch): Turns the entire machine ON/OFF.
  • FREEZE: Activates the cooling function for freezing beverages.
  • MIXING 1 & 2: Controls the agitators for each respective tank. When in Slush mode, the agitators must be ON.
  • SLUSH Mode: Select this mode to make slushies or margaritas.
  • JUICE Mode: Select this mode to keep drinks cold without freezing them.

3. Making Frozen Beverages (Slush/Margarita)

  1. Ensure tanks are filled with a mixture containing at least 13% sugar.
  2. Turn on the Power switch.
  3. Select SLUSH mode for the desired tank(s).
  4. Turn on the MIXING switch (1 or 2) for the corresponding tank(s). The agitators must be running during freezing.
  5. Turn on the FREEZE switch.
  6. The machine will begin the freezing process, typically taking 30-45 minutes depending on ambient temperature and mixture.
  7. Once the desired consistency is reached, dispense by pulling the faucet lever.

4. Making Cold Drinks (Juice Mode)

1. Daily Cleaning (Self-Cleaning Mode)

  • Turn on the Power switch.
