1. Setup

1.2 Initial Time and Date Setting

2. Operation
2.1 Mode Navigation
Press the ADJ button to cycle through the different modes:
- Time Mode: Displays current time, date, and day of the week.
- Pedometer Mode: Tracks steps, distance, and calories burned.
- Chronograph Mode: Functions as a stopwatch.
