Important Safeguards

Dual Zone Operation
This feature allows you to cook two different foods simultaneously. Each zone can be set to a different cooking function, temperature, and time.
- Place the divider in the center slot to separate the two cooking zones.
- Place food and appropriate accessories into each zone.
- Select the desired cooking function for Zone 1 using its dedicated controls. Adjust temperature and time.
- Repeat for Zone 2.
- Press 'Start/Pause' for each zone to begin cooking.

Single Zone (Large Capacity) Operation
For larger items like a whole chicken or a large roast, remove the divider to create one extra-large cooking zone.
- Ensure the divider is removed from the oven.
- Place your food and appropriate accessories (e.g., XL baking pan, rotisserie spit) into the combined cooking space.
- Select the desired cooking function (e.g., Roast, Rotisserie) and adjust temperature and time using either Zone 1 or Zone 2 controls. Both zones will operate with the same settings.
- Press 'Start/Pause' on the selected zone to begin cooking.
