2. Important Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly
Your AMERISUN snow blower requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps carefully:
- Handlebar Assembly: Attach the upper handle to the lower handle using the provided bolts and knobs. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Chute Assembly: Secure the discharge chute to the main unit. Ensure the chute rotation handle is properly connected for directional control.
- Cable Connections: Connect all control cables (auger engagement, drive control) to their respective levers on the handlebar and attachment points on the engine/gearbox. Verify smooth operation of all levers.
- Check Tires: Ensure tires are properly inflated and securely attached to the axles.

4. Operating Instructions
Before starting, ensure the snow blower is on a level surface and clear of any obstructions. Always wear appropriate safety gear.
4.1 Fuel and Oil
- Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended 5W-30 oil (0.6L capacity). Check the oil level using the dipstick before each use.
- Fuel: Fill the fuel tank (3L capacity) with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Do not overfill. Securely tighten the fuel cap to prevent fire hazards.
4.2 Starting the Engine
- Ensure the engine key is fully inserted into the ignition slot.
- Move the fuel switch to the 'ON' position.
- Set the choke lever to the 'START' position.
- Press the primer bulb 1-3 times (do not exceed 3 times).
- Recoil Start: Pull the recoil starter handle rapidly until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the 'RUN' position. Allow the engine to warm up for 30-40 seconds at idle speed.
4.3 Clearing Snow
- Engage the auger control bar to activate the snow clearing mechanism.
- Push the snow blower forward into the snow. The 21-inch clearing width and 12.5-inch intake height are designed for effective snow removal up to 8 inches deep.
- Use the easy chute control handle to adjust the direction of snow discharge up to 180 degrees, allowing you to direct snow away from cleared areas.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your snow blower.
- Engine Oil: Change engine oil after the first 5 hours of operation, then every 25 hours or annually.
