Setup
- Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the TENS unit using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the device's charging port and a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
- Prepare Electrode Pads:
- Ensure the skin area where pads will be applied is clean and dry.
- Carefully peel off the transparent film from the electrode pads. Retain the film for re-application after use to preserve adhesiveness.
- Select appropriate pad sizes for the target area (square for general use, palm-shaped for arms/waist, rectangular for back/shoulders/thighs).
- Connect Cables to Pads: Insert the pin-style connectors of the lead wires into the corresponding holes on the electrode pads. Ensure a secure connection.
- Connect Cables to Device: Insert the other end of the lead wires into the A and/or B output ports on the top of the TENS unit. The device supports dual channels, allowing two different areas to be treated simultaneously with independent settings.

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Long press the power button (⏻ / ⏽) to turn on the device. The upgraded color screen will display the interface.
- Select Mode: Press the "M" button to cycle through the 28 available modes. These modes are categorized into TENS (1-16 for pain relief), EMS (17-24 for muscle conditioning), and MASSAGE (25-28 for body relaxation). The screen provides visual indicators for each mode and target body area.
- Select Function (TENS/EMS/MASSAGE): Press the "F" button to switch between the main functions: TENS, EMS, or MASSAGE. This allows you to narrow down the mode selection based on your desired therapy type.
- Adjust Intensity: Use the "A+" / "A-" buttons to adjust the intensity for Channel A, and "B+" / "B-" buttons for Channel B. There are 40 intensity levels (1-40) to choose from. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until a comfortable and effective sensation is achieved.
- Set Timer: Press the "T" button to select the treatment duration. The timer can be set from 5 to 90 minutes.
- Apply Pads: Place the electrode pads firmly on the clean, dry skin over the desired treatment area. Ensure good contact for optimal conductivity.
- Begin Treatment: Once settings are configured, the device will begin the selected therapy.
- Power Off: After treatment, long press the power button (⏻ / ⏽) to turn off the device.

Maintenance
