3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the dispenser. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the top unit and to a suitable USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status (red for charging, off for fully charged). A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours and provides approximately 6,000 uses.

3.2 Filling with Soap

1. Hold the main body of the dispenser and pull the top unit to separate it from the container.
2. Pour foaming liquid soap into the container. Do not exceed the MAX line (300ml).
3. Reassemble the top unit onto the container, ensuring it is securely attached.

Note: This dispenser is designed for foaming hand soap. If using regular liquid soap, dilute it with water at a 1:1 ratio to achieve optimal foam consistency.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the touch-sensitive power button on the top of the dispenser for approximately 2 seconds.
• To power off, press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds again. The dispenser will also automatically switch to standby mode when not in use to conserve battery.

4.2 Dispensing Soap

Once powered on, place your hand beneath the nozzle. The built-in infrared sensor will detect your hand, and foam will be automatically dispensed according to the selected volume level.

4.3 Adjusting Foam Volume

The dispenser offers two adjustable foam volume levels:

• Briefly press the power button once to switch between the two levels.
• The green LED indicator signifies the first stage (0.6g / 0.02 oz) of foam.
• The white LED indicator signifies the second stage (1g / 0.035 oz) of foam.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Automatic Self-Cleaning Function

The dispenser includes an automatic cleaning function for internal piping:

1. When the dispenser is powered on, double-tap the power button briefly to activate the automatic cleaning mode.
2. The cleaning function operates for approximately 20 seconds. During this time, the blue LED indicator will blink.
3. To stop the function prematurely, briefly press the power button once.
4. For thorough piping cleaning, it is recommended to add water to the container and then run the automatic cleaning mode.

5.2 Exterior Cleaning

• Ensure the product is powered off before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior with a dry sponge or a soft cloth moistened with a mild household detergent.
• Do not use harsh cleaners such as benzene, thinner, or alcohol, as these can damage the surface.

5.3 Sensor Cleaning

If the green LED indicator blinks intermittently for approximately 3 minutes, it indicates a foreign substance on the infrared sensor. Clean the sensor thoroughly before resuming use.

5.4 Long-Term Storage

If the product will not be used for an extended period, drain all detergent from the container and internal connections, then clean it thoroughly. To prevent battery discharge, recharge the dispenser once every 2 to 3 months during long-term storage.

6. Troubleshooting

• No foam dispensed:
  • Ensure the dispenser is powered on.
  • Check battery level and recharge if necessary.
  • Verify the infrared sensor is clean and unobstructed.
  • Ensure the container has sufficient soap.
• Low foam volume or inconsistent foam:
  • Confirm you are using foaming hand soap. If using regular liquid soap, ensure it is diluted 1:1 with water.
  • Check for blockages in the nozzle and clean if necessary.
• Dispenser stutters or red light turns on:
  • This indicates a low battery. Connect the included USB Type-C cable to recharge the device.
• Green LED blinks intermittently for 3 minutes:
  • A foreign substance is detected on the infrared sensor. Clean the sensor thoroughly.
