3. Setup

3.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided USB Type-C cable and a compatible 20W (or higher) power adapter. A full charge provides up to 6 hours of operation. A 10-minute charge can provide approximately 1 hour of use.

3.2. Powering On/Off

To power on the device, press and hold the Power/OK button located on the top of the monocular until the screen illuminates. To power off, press and hold the same button until the device shuts down.

3.3. App Installation (TargetIR)

For enhanced functionality, download the "TargetIR" application from your mobile device's app store (available on iOS and Android). This app allows for remote control, real-time preview, file management, and firmware updates via Wi-Fi.

4.1. Basic Operation and Navigation

The EM10-256 features a one-button, one-ring design for intuitive control. Use the touchscreen for direct interaction with menus and settings. The function knob can be rotated to switch between menus and clicked to confirm selections.

4.2. Viewing Modes and Color Palettes

The 1.43” AMOLED display allows for comfortable viewing of infrared images without direct eye contact with an eyepiece. The device supports multiple color palettes to enhance visibility based on environmental conditions and user preference.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning the Device
