Setup and Assembly
The Globber Go Up Active Lights 360° Scooter features a 100% tool-less design for easy assembly and mode switching.
Mode Transformation Overview
The scooter can be configured into three main modes: ride-on, walking bike, and scooter. The diagram below illustrates these transformations.

Figure 1: All-in-one transformation diagram.
Assembling the Ride-On Mode
To assemble the ride-on mode, attach the seat to the scooter deck. Ensure the seat is securely clicked into place. The T-bar can be inserted into the rear of the seat for parent steering. Adjust the seat height using the tool-less knob on the side.

Converting to Walking Bike Mode
For the walking bike mode, remove the parent T-bar from the rear of the seat. The child can then use their feet to propel themselves while seated. The seat height can be adjusted for optimal comfort.

Converting to Scooter Mode
To convert to scooter mode, remove the seat assembly. Insert the T-bar directly into the front of the scooter deck. Adjust the T-bar height to one of the four available positions to suit the child's height.

Operating Instructions
Ride-On and Walking Bike Modes (15-36 months)
In ride-on mode, an adult can use the rear T-bar for 360° parent steering, guiding the child. The removable footrest provides comfort and safety for younger riders. For walking bike mode, remove the parent T-bar, allowing the child to push themselves with their feet. Ensure the seat is adjusted to a comfortable height where the child's feet can easily reach the ground.

Scooter Mode (3-9+ years)
Once converted to scooter mode, the child stands on the anti-slip deck and uses one foot to push off the ground. The T-bar handlebar allows for steering. The patented steering lock system can be engaged to fix the front wheels, helping beginners learn balance. Once balance is mastered, unlock the steering for full maneuverability. The battery-free LED wheels light up during motion, adding visibility and fun.
Braking
The scooter is equipped with an extra-long and wide composite rear brake. To slow down or stop, the rider should gently press their foot onto the rear brake. Practice braking in a safe, open area before riding in more dynamic environments.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safety of your Globber scooter.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the scooter with a damp cloth after use. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the materials.
- Wheel Inspection: Periodically check the wheels for wear, damage, or debris. Ensure they spin freely. The LED wheels are battery-free and light up through kinetic energy.
- Fasteners: Ensure all screws, bolts, and quick-release mechanisms are tight and secure before each ride.
- Storage: Store the scooter in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, to prevent material degradation.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your scooter, refer to the following common solutions:
- Wheels not lighting up: Ensure the wheels are spinning at a sufficient speed. The LED lights are powered by kinetic energy and require motion to activate. Check for any obstructions preventing free wheel rotation.
- Difficulty steering: In scooter mode, ensure the steering lock button is disengaged if you desire full steering motion. If in ride-on mode, ensure the parent T-bar is securely attached.
- Loose components: Re-check all connections, especially the T-bar and seat attachments. The tool-less design relies on secure clicks and tightened knobs.
- Brake not effective: Inspect the rear brake for wear or damage. Ensure no debris is interfering with its function.
