Setup

1. Connect the Power Adapter: Insert the USB Type-C cable into the 'Power In' port on the back of the charging station.
2. Plug into Power Outlet: Connect the other end of the USB Type-C cable to the provided power adapter, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
3. Power On: The charging station will power on automatically. Indicator lights may illuminate briefly.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices

The Samsung 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station features dedicated areas for your smartphone, smartwatch, and wireless earbuds.

• Charging a Galaxy Phone: Place your compatible Galaxy phone (S10 or later, requiring a magnetic case) onto the magnetic phone charging pad. Ensure proper alignment for optimal charging. The phone pad can be adjusted up to 40 degrees for a comfortable viewing angle.
• Charging a Galaxy Watch: Place your compatible Galaxy Watch (Watch3 or later) onto the magnetic watch charging pad.
• Charging Galaxy Buds: Place your compatible Galaxy Buds (Buds2 Pro or later) or Galaxy Ring onto the designated flat charging area on the base.

Indicator Lights

The charging station features LED indicator lights to show the charging status of your devices:

• Solid Red: Device is charging.
• Solid Green: Device is fully charged.
• Blinking Red: Indicates a charging error (e.g., improper placement, foreign object detected, or incompatible device).

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the charging station. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: Store the charging station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
• Avoid Liquids: Keep the device away from water and other liquids.

Troubleshooting

• Device not charging:
  • Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the charging station and a working wall outlet.
  • Verify that your device is wirelessly charging compatible and correctly placed on the charging pad.
  • For Galaxy phones, ensure your phone case has magnetic capabilities for proper attachment.
  • Remove any foreign objects between the device and the charging pad.
• Slow charging:
  • Confirm you are using the included Fast Charging compatible power adapter and cable.
  • Ensure your device supports Fast Wireless Charging.
  • If issues persist with a Samsung phone, try disabling 'Fast Wireless Charging' in your phone's settings to see if it resolves the problem.
• Device overheating:
  • Ensure the charging station has adequate ventilation and is not covered.
  • Remove any thick cases or accessories that might impede heat dissipation.
