1. Safety Information

Always read and understand all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations, and specifications provided with this power tool. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

General Safety Warnings

3. Setup

Before first use, ensure the battery is fully charged. Always ensure the tool is off and the battery is removed before attaching or detaching blades.

Charging the Battery

1. Remove the battery from the main body by pressing the release button and sliding it out.
2. Connect the battery to the provided charger.
3. Plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet. The integrated power indicator on the battery will show charging status.
4. Once fully charged (approximately 2 hours), disconnect the charger and remove the battery.

Attaching/Detaching Blades

The SakerPlus trimmer features a tool-free blade change system.

1. Ensure the battery is removed from the tool.
2. To detach a blade, press the two side release buttons on the blade housing simultaneously and pull the blade assembly away from the main body.
3. To attach a blade, align the desired blade (hedge trimmer or grass cutter) with the main body's slot. Push the blade assembly firmly into place until it clicks securely. Ensure both side buttons are fully engaged.

4. Operating Instructions

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection and gloves, when operating the trimmer.

Starting and Stopping the Trimmer

The trimmer is equipped with a double safety lock system to prevent accidental starting.

1. Insert a charged battery into the main body until it clicks into place.
2. To start the unit, simultaneously press and hold the safety button (usually a yellow button near the handle) and then squeeze the main trigger switch.
3. Once the tool starts, you can release the safety button, but continue to hold the main trigger for continuous operation.
4. To stop the trimmer, release the main trigger switch.

Using the Hedge Trimmer Blade

The 8.89-inch long blade is designed for trimming thin shoots on hedges, bushes, small trees, and ornamental plants.

• Hold the trimmer firmly with both hands if necessary, ensuring a stable grip.
• Move the trimmer smoothly along the desired cutting line. Avoid forcing the blade through thick branches.
• For best results, trim small amounts at a time.

Using the Grass Cutter Blade

The 6.81-inch short blade is ideal for cutting grass, weeds, and small sections of lawns, perfect for edging.

• Hold the trimmer close to the ground, ensuring the blade is parallel to the surface you are trimming.
• Move the trimmer in a sweeping motion to cut grass and weeds.
• Be careful not to hit hard surfaces like concrete or rocks, as this can damage the blade.

Adjusting the Head Angle

The trimmer head can be adjusted to 15°, 30°, and 45° angles to suit different trimming needs and improve ergonomics.

1. Locate the angle adjustment button/lever on the trimmer head.
2. Press or release the mechanism and pivot the head to the desired angle.
3. Ensure the head locks securely into place before operating the tool.

5. Maintenance

Blade Care
