5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Battery
- Connect the USB charging cable to a USB power adapter (not included, 5V/1A recommended).
- Connect the other end of the USB charging cable to the helicopter's modular battery.
- The indicator light on the USB charger will show the charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
- Charging typically takes approximately 60-90 minutes. Do not leave the battery unattended while charging.
5.2 Installing the Helicopter Battery
- Ensure the helicopter's power switch is in the OFF position.
- Locate the battery compartment on the helicopter.
- Insert the fully charged modular battery into the compartment, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
5.3 Installing Remote Controller Batteries
- Open the battery cover on the back of the remote controller.
- Insert 4x AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery cover securely.

5.4 Pairing the Helicopter and Remote Controller
- Place the helicopter on a flat, level surface.
- Turn on the helicopter's power switch. The helicopter's indicator lights will flash.
- Turn on the remote controller's power switch.
- Move the left joystick (throttle) all the way up, then all the way down.
- The helicopter's indicator lights will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.
6. Operating Instructions
Before your first flight, ensure you are in a safe, open area. Familiarize yourself with the remote controller functions.
6.1 Remote Controller Functions
- Left Joystick (Throttle/Yaw): Up/Down for altitude control, Left/Right for yaw (rotation).
- Right Joystick (Pitch/Roll): Up/Down for forward/backward flight (pitch), Left/Right for left/right flight (roll).
- One-Key Takeoff/Landing Button: Initiates automatic takeoff or landing.
- Speed Switch Button: Toggles between low, moderate, and high-speed modes.
- Trim Buttons: Used to fine-tune helicopter stability if it drifts in any direction.
6.2 Takeoff and Landing

Image: Depicts the ease of one-click takeoff and landing, and the intelligent anti-stuck protection feature to prevent propeller damage.
- One-Key Takeoff: After pairing, press the One-Key Takeoff/Landing button. The helicopter will automatically ascend to a stable hovering altitude.
- Manual Takeoff: Slowly push the left joystick (throttle) upwards. The propellers will spin, and the helicopter will lift off.
- One-Key Landing: During flight, press the One-Key Takeoff/Landing button. The helicopter will automatically descend and land gently.
- Manual Landing: Slowly pull the left joystick (throttle) downwards until the helicopter lands. Once landed, pull the throttle all the way down to stop the motors.
6.3 Flight Controls

Image: Illustrates the helicopter's capability for unrestricted multidirectional flight and the enhanced stability provided by air pressure altitude hold and optical flow positioning.
- Ascend/Descend: Use the left joystick (throttle) up/down.
- Forward/Backward: Push the right joystick up/down.
- Left/Right Flight (Strafe): Push the right joystick left/right.
- Rotate Left/Right (Yaw): Push the left joystick left/right.
6.4 Speed Adjustment

Press the speed switch button on the remote controller to cycle through three flight speeds: Low, Moderate, and High. Start with Low speed for beginners and gradually increase as you gain experience.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the helicopter and remote controller. Do not use chemical cleaners or solvents.
- Propeller Inspection: Regularly check propellers for cracks, bends, or damage. Replace damaged propellers immediately using the provided spare parts and screwdriver.
- Battery Care: Store the battery in a cool, dry place. Do not store fully charged or completely depleted for extended periods. Charge the battery at least once every three months if not in use.
- Storage: When not in use, store the helicopter and remote control in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Helicopter does not respond to remote. | Not paired; low battery in remote or helicopter; out of range. | Re-pair the helicopter and remote. Charge helicopter battery. Replace remote batteries. Ensure helicopter is within operating range. |
| Helicopter cannot take off or flies weakly. | Low helicopter battery; damaged propellers. | Charge helicopter battery fully. Inspect and replace damaged propellers. |
| Helicopter drifts during flight. | Needs trimming; uneven surface during calibration. | Use trim buttons on the remote to correct drift. Ensure helicopter is placed on a flat, level surface before powering on for calibration. |
| Propellers stop unexpectedly (Stuck Protection). | Propeller obstruction. | Turn off helicopter, clear obstruction, then restart. |
| Helicopter loses control (Loss Control Protection). | Out of range; interference. | Bring helicopter closer to the remote. Avoid areas with strong electromagnetic interference. |
| Low Voltage Alarm. | Helicopter battery is low. | Land the helicopter immediately and charge the battery. |
