Setup

1. Assembly

The tiller requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps:

1. Attach the Auxiliary Handle: Secure the auxiliary handle to the main pole using the provided knob. Adjust its position for comfortable operation.

2. Adjust Pole Height: Loosen the locking sleeve on the main pole and extend or retract the pole to your desired height. Securely tighten the locking sleeve.

2. Battery Charging and Installation

Your tiller is powered by two 20V 2.0Ah batteries. Ensure both batteries are fully charged before first use.

1. Charge Batteries: Connect the charger to a power outlet and insert the battery packs. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status. Charge until fully indicated.

2. Install Batteries: Insert the charged battery packs into the battery compartments on the tiller handle until they click securely into place.

Operating Instructions

1. Starting the Tiller

To start the tiller, press the safety button on the handle with one hand, then squeeze the trigger with the other hand. The tiller will begin to operate.

2. Tilling Techniques

Guide the tiller slowly and steadily over the soil. Allow the tines to penetrate the soil to the desired depth. The tiller is designed for a 9-inch tilling width and 7-inch depth.

3. Stopping the Tiller

Release the trigger to stop the tiller. Always remove the battery pack when not in use or before performing any maintenance.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Tines

The tiller is equipped with detachable gears for easy cleaning. After each use, especially in damp conditions, remove the blades to clean out any stuck weeds, soil, or debris.
