Safety Information

• Always secure the bed to the wall using the provided Anti-Tipping Nails to prevent accidental tipping.
• Exercise caution when using the top bunk, especially with children.
• Ensure guardrails are properly installed and are high enough to prevent falls. The top of the mattress must be at least 5 inches from the edge of the guardrail.
• Recommended mattress thickness is 4-6 inches.
• Assemble the bed carefully, following all instructions provided in this manual.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 800 pounds for the bed.
• Regularly inspect all components for tightness and wear. Tighten screws as needed.

Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your JIJIWANG Full Size Loft Metal Bed. It is recommended to have two adults for assembly.

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Refer to the included parts list to identify each piece.
2. Assemble Base Frame: Connect the main metal frame sections according to the diagrams. Ensure all bolts are finger-tightened initially.
3. Install Bed Slats: Secure the metal bed slats to the top bunk frame. Ensure they are evenly spaced and firmly attached.
4. Attach Guardrails: Install the full-length guardrails to the top bunk. Confirm they are securely fastened.
5. Assemble Stairs and Shelves: Attach the stairs and the wooden shelves to the designated frame sections.
6. Install Desk and Charging Station: Mount the wooden desk panel. Integrate the charging station into the pre-drilled opening on the desk. Connect its power cable.
7. Install LED Lighting: Affix the LED lighting strip to the underside of the top bunk or desired location. Connect its power source.
8. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, systematically tighten all bolts and screws using the provided tools. Do not overtighten.
9. Secure to Wall: Use the Anti-Tipping Nails to securely fasten the bed to a wall stud. This is a critical safety step.

Operating Instructions

Charging Station

The built-in charging station provides convenient power access for your devices.

LED Lighting

Storage and Desk Area

• The desk area provides a dedicated space for work, study, or leisure.
• Utilize the shelves on the stairs and the additional shelves (on Full size models) for organizing items.
• The two included cloth bags can be attached to the frame for additional storage of small items.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe metal surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry immediately. For wooden surfaces, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Inspection: Periodically check all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they remain tight. Tighten any loose fasteners to maintain stability and safety.
• Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 800 pounds for the bed.

Troubleshooting

Issue: Bed feels unstable or wobbly.

Solution: Check all assembly bolts and screws. Tighten any loose connections. Ensure the bed is properly secured to the wall using the Anti-Tipping Nails.

Issue: Charging station is not working.
