Setup Instructions

Assembly requires 3-4 people. Choose a flat, level surface for installation, clear of overhead obstructions and sharp objects. Measure your site before purchase to ensure adequate space.

  1. Unpack and Sort: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out. Identify all poles, connectors, and fabric sections.
  2. Assemble Roof Frame: Connect the roof poles and connectors according to the diagram (refer to included diagrams in the physical manual). Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Attach Canopy Cover: Drape the PE canopy cover over the assembled roof frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed. Secure the canopy to the frame as per the design.
  4. Attach Leg Poles: Connect the leg poles to the roof frame. With assistance, carefully lift the structure and attach the remaining leg poles.
  5. Install Sidewalls: Attach the removable sidewalls to the frame. The tent features ten roll-up cathedral-style windows and two large zippered doors for access and ventilation.
  6. Secure to Ground: Anchor the tent firmly to the ground. Insert L-shaped ground stakes into the feet of the tent poles. Use spiral ground stakes combined with guy ropes for additional wind resistance. Ensure all ropes are taut and stakes are driven deep into the ground.

  • Storage: Disassemble the tent and store all components in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure poles are clean and dry to prevent rust.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all frame connections, fabric, stakes, and ropes for wear, damage, or corrosion. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
