3. Setup Guide
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the doorbell camera using the provided USB cable. The camera is battery-powered (2 A batteries included) and requires charging for optimal performance.
3.2 App Installation
Download the companion mobile application from your smartphone's app store. Search for "HubFlashy" or refer to the QR code in the quick start guide (not provided here).
3.3 Device Pairing
- Ensure your doorbell camera is charged and powered on.
- Open the HubFlashy app and follow the on-screen instructions to add a new device.
- Connect the doorbell to your 2.4G WiFi network. (Note: 5G WiFi is not supported).
- Plug the chime ringer into a power outlet anywhere in your home. Press the SYNC button on the chime to pair it with the doorbell.

3.4 Mounting the Doorbell
The doorbell is designed for wall mounting. Choose a suitable location at your front door, ensuring a clear view. Use the provided mounting bracket and screws to securely attach the doorbell to the wall.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Live View and Two-Way Audio
Access the live video feed from your doorbell camera anytime through the HubFlashy app. The built-in microphone and speakers enable real-time two-way communication with visitors, allowing you to speak to them from anywhere.

4.2 Smart AI Human Detection and Alerts
The doorbell camera is equipped with AI human detection, which intelligently distinguishes human motion from other movements (like animals or swaying trees). This reduces false alarms and ensures you receive instant notifications on your smartphone only when relevant activity is detected at your door.

4.3 IR Night Vision
With four IR LEDs and a state-of-the-art IR sensor, the doorbell provides enhanced clarity in low-light environments. This infrared technology allows you to see clearly even in complete darkness, ensuring continuous surveillance around the clock.

4.4 Cloud Storage

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance, periodically wipe the camera lens and the doorbell's exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.2 Weather Resistance
The HubFlashy doorbell is weather-resistant, designed to operate in temperatures ranging from 14°F to 140°F (-10°C to 60°C). It is rated for sun, snow, rain, and dust exposure, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

6. Troubleshooting
- No Power/Not Charging: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected and the power adapter is functioning. Check battery installation.
- Cannot Connect to WiFi: Verify your WiFi network is 2.4Ghz. Ensure the doorbell is within range of your router. Restart both the doorbell and your router.
- Poor Video Quality: Check your WiFi signal strength. Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions.
- No Motion Alerts: Confirm motion detection is enabled in the app settings. Adjust sensitivity if necessary. Ensure AI Human Detection is configured correctly.
- Chime Not Ringing: Ensure the chime is plugged in and paired with the doorbell. Check the volume settings in the app.
