2. Safety Information
- Always follow the assembly instructions carefully to ensure stability.
- Do not use on extremely uneven surfaces.
- Use a compatible mattress (recommended thickness: 4"-8") to prevent slippage and ensure proper fit.
- Avoid excessive activity on the bed frame to prevent wobbling or collapse.
- Be cautious of sharp edges and splinters during assembly and maintenance.
- Ensure all connections are tightened securely before use. Periodically check and re-tighten fasteners.
- Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children to prevent choking hazards.
3. Package Contents
Before beginning assembly, verify that all components listed below are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact customer support.
- 1 x Platform Bed Frame (disassembled components)
- 1 x User Guide (this document)
- Hardware Pack (bolts, screws, washers, Allen wrench, etc.)
4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires two adults. An electric screwdriver with appropriate hex bits (not included) can expedite the process, especially for slat installation. Follow the numbered steps provided in the included user guide for detailed diagrams.
4.1. Prepare the Area
Clear a spacious area for assembly. Lay out all components on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
4.2. Assemble the Headboard and Footboard
Attach the headboard and footboard panels to their respective side rails using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are finger-tightened initially.

4.3. Connect Side Rails and Center Support
Connect the assembled headboard and footboard sections with the long side rails. Install the center support beam, ensuring it is properly aligned. The bed frame includes 3 middle support legs with adjustable foot pads for enhanced stability. Ensure these are correctly attached and adjusted to prevent wobbling.

4.4. Install Plywood Slats
Place the 12 rugged plywood slats across the bed frame. Each slat should be securely fastened to the side rails and the center support using the provided screws. This embedded design helps prevent mattress sliding and sagging. Ensure all screws are tightened for a stable mattress foundation.

Figure 4: The embedded slat design ensures mattress stability without a box spring. Recommended mattress thickness is 4-8 inches.
4.5. Final Tightening
Once all components are in place, go back and securely tighten all bolts and screws. Do not overtighten, but ensure all connections are firm.
5. Usage and Operation
- Mattress Compatibility: This platform bed frame is designed for use without a box spring. It is compatible with full-size mattresses with a recommended thickness of 4 to 8 inches.
- Weight Capacity: The bed frame has a maximum weight capacity of 660 lbs. Do not exceed this limit to ensure structural integrity.
- Under-bed Storage: The frame provides approximately 9 inches of under-bed clearance, suitable for storage boxes, shoes, or allowing a robotic vacuum to pass through.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the wood surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
- Fastener Check: Periodically (e.g., every 3-6 months) check all bolts and screws and re-tighten them as necessary to maintain stability.
- Wood Care: The frame is crafted from acacia wood. To preserve its appearance, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme humidity.
