2. Safety Information

To ensure your safety and prolong the life of your exercise bike, please observe the following precautions:

4. Assembly Instructions

The Goimu XB03 Recumbent Exercise Bike arrives 70% pre-assembled. Follow these steps for complete assembly. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps.

Step 1: Attach Stabilizers

Secure the front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure they are tightened securely for stability.

Step 2: Install Seat and Backrest

Attach the seat and backrest to the seat post. Ensure all bolts are firmly tightened. The seat is designed for comfort and support during your workout.

Step 3: Mount Handlebars

Connect the handlebars to the main frame. Pay attention to the wiring for the heart rate sensors if applicable, ensuring it is not pinched.

Step 4: Attach Pedals

Carefully screw the left and right pedals into their respective cranks. Note that the left pedal is reverse-threaded. Tighten them securely to prevent loosening during use.

Step 5: Install LCD Monitor

Attach the LCD monitor to the console post. Connect the sensor wires from the main frame and heart rate sensors to the back of the monitor. Insert batteries into the monitor.

5. Operating Instructions

Adjusting Seat Position

The seat can be adjusted forward or backward to accommodate users of different heights. Locate the adjustment lever beneath the seat, pull it up, slide the seat to your desired position, and release the lever to lock it in place. Ensure the seat is securely locked before use.

Adjusting Magnetic Resistance

The Goimu XB03 features 8 levels of magnetic resistance. Turn the resistance knob located on the main frame clockwise to increase resistance (higher intensity) and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance (lower intensity). Levels 1-3 are suitable for warm-ups, 4-6 for moderate cardio, and 7-8 for high-intensity workouts.

Using the LCD Monitor

The built-in LCD monitor tracks essential workout metrics:

  • Time: Duration of your workout.
  • Speed: Current cycling speed.
  • Distance: Total distance covered during the current session.
  • Calories: Estimated calories burned.
  • Odometer (ODO): Total accumulated distance.
  • Pulse: Your heart rate, measured by the sensors on the handlebars.

Use the MODE button to cycle through display functions and the RESET button to clear current workout data.

Grip the pulse sensors on the handlebars firmly with both hands to display your heart rate on the LCD monitor. Ensure continuous contact for accurate readings.
