2. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance and retain them for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rating label on the appliance.
  • Do not immerse the appliance, plug, or cord in water or other liquids.

4. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the components of your evaporative air cooler.

4.1 Main Unit Features

  • Control Panel: Located on the top of the unit for manual operation.
  • Air Outlet: Front grille where cooled air is discharged.
  • Water Tank: Detachable tank at the bottom for water and ice packs. Features a visible water level indicator.

4.2 Remote Control

The remote control allows convenient operation of all functions from a distance.

  • Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
  • Speed Button: Adjusts fan speed (Low, Medium, High).
  • Mode Button: Cycles through Normal, Sleep, and Nature modes.
  • Oscillation Button: Activates or deactivates the 70° oscillation function.
  • Timer Button: Sets the operating timer (1-12 hours).

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Assembly

  1. Carefully remove the evaporative air cooler and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Place the main unit onto its base. Ensure it snaps securely into place. No tools are required for this step.
  3. Position the unit on a flat, stable surface.

5.2 Preparing and Adding Water/Ice Packs

For enhanced cooling, use the provided ice packs and cold water.

  1. Open the water tank cover.
  2. For the ice packs:
    • If new, add water to the ice packs and shake them.
    • Place the ice packs in a freezer until completely frozen.
    • Once frozen, place the ice packs into the water tank.
  3. Fill the water tank with clean, cool water. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line. The tank has a 3-liter capacity.
  4. Close the water tank cover securely.

6. Operating Instructions

Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.

6.1 Power On/Off

Press the Power button on the control panel or remote control to turn the unit on or off.

6.2 Fan Speed Adjustment

Press the Speed button repeatedly to cycle through the three fan speeds:

  • Low: Approximately 15 ft/s airflow.
  • Medium: Approximately 20 ft/s airflow.
  • High: Approximately 25 ft/s airflow.

6.3 Operating Modes

Press the Mode button to select from the following modes:

  • Normal Mode: Provides continuous airflow at the selected speed.
  • Sleep Mode: Reduces fan speed and operates quietly (less than 40dB) for undisturbed rest.
  • Nature Mode: Simulates a natural breeze by varying fan speeds.

6.4 Oscillation Function

Press the Oscillation button to activate or deactivate the 70° wide-angle oscillation, distributing air across a larger area.

6.5 Timer Function

Press the Timer button to set the operating time from 1 to 12 hours. The unit will automatically turn off after the set time has elapsed.

6.6 Aromatherapy Function (Optional)

Locate the aromatherapy box (if present) on the unit. Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to the pad inside the box. The fan will then diffuse the scent into the air.

7. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your evaporative air cooler.

7.1 Cleaning the Water Tank

  1. Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
  2. Remove the water tank.
  3. Empty any remaining water.
  4. Clean the tank with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  5. Allow the tank to air dry completely before reinserting.

7.2 Cleaning the Cooling Pad/Filter

The cooling pad (evaporative filter) should be cleaned regularly, especially if you notice reduced airflow or odors.

  1. Unplug the unit.
  2. Carefully remove the cooling pad from its compartment (refer to product diagram for location).
  3. Rinse the cooling pad under running water to remove dust and mineral deposits. For stubborn deposits, soak in a mild descaling solution (e.g., vinegar and water) for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
  4. Allow the cooling pad to air dry completely before reinserting.

7.3 Exterior Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

7.4 Storage

When storing the unit for an extended period:

  • Ensure the water tank and cooling pad are clean and completely dry.
  • Store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • It is recommended to store the unit in its original packaging to protect it from dust.

8. Troubleshooting
