The Transwon Hard Case is crafted from premium composition leather, providing a durable and elegant protective solution for your tablet. It features a secure magnetic closure, a built-in stand for hands-free viewing, and a stretchable pocket for a stylus.

Setup and Installation

1. Verify Compatibility: Ensure your tablet model is listed as compatible with this case. This case is specifically designed for MEMOREX MTAB-PRO2600, Whitedeer C10, Eksvefot C10, K109A, K109A-B, and GUJJEEX Android 13 Tablet Model K109B 10.1-inch tablets. It is not compatible with other 10.1-inch tablet models.
2. Insert Tablet: Gently slide your tablet into the open interior pocket of the case. Ensure the tablet aligns with all cutouts for the camera, speakers, and controls.
3. Secure Tablet: Once the tablet is fully inserted, secure it firmly using the integrated velcro flap. This prevents the tablet from sliding out.
4. Stylus Placement (Optional): If you use a stylus, insert it into the stretchable elastic stylus pen pocket located on the side of the case. (Note: Stylus pen is not included).

Operating Instructions

• Opening and Closing: The case features a magnetic closure. To open, gently pull the front cover away from the main body. To close, simply fold the front cover over the tablet screen; the magnets will secure it.
• Using the Viewing Stand: The front cover has flip capability. Fold the cover back and utilize the integrated grooves or folds to transform the case into a horizontal viewing stand. This allows for hands-free viewing of content.
• Accessing Ports and Buttons: Precise cutouts ensure that all features of your tablet, including charging ports, headphone jacks, volume buttons, and power buttons, are accessible even with the case on.

Maintenance and Care

Troubleshooting

Case does not fit my tablet:

This case is designed for specific 10.1-inch tablet models (MEMOREX MTAB-PRO2600, Whitedeer C10, Eksvefot C10, K109A, K109A-B, GUJJEEX Android 13 Tablet Model K109B). If your tablet is a different model, it may not fit correctly. Please verify your tablet's model number against the compatibility list. For further assistance, you may contact customer support with a photo of the rear of your tablet.

Tablet slides out of the case:

Ensure the velcro flap inside the case is securely fastened after inserting your tablet. This flap is designed to hold the tablet firmly in place.

Magnetic closure is not strong:

Check for any debris or foreign objects between the front cover and the tablet screen that might be preventing the magnets from fully engaging. Ensure the case is closed properly.
