3.1 Unpacking and Placement

  1. Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
  2. Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface.
  3. Important: After transport, allow the unit to stand upright for at least 12 hours before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle, preventing potential damage to the compressor.

3.2 Water Connection

The ice maker requires a continuous water supply and a drain. Ensure you have access to both before proceeding.

  1. Connect the provided water filter to the water inlet pipe.
  2. Attach the water inlet pipe to a cold water tap.
  3. Connect the other end of the water inlet pipe to the "Ice-making inlet" on the back of the ice maker.
  4. Connect the drain hose to the "Sink drainage outlet" on the back of the ice maker and route it to a suitable drain.
  5. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
