2. Safety Instructions

Please read all safety warnings and instructions carefully before using the pump. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

• Power Source: Only connect the pump to a 12V DC car cigarette lighter socket. Do not attempt to connect to other power sources.
• Operating Environment: Use the pump in a dry environment. Do not expose it to rain or wet conditions.
• Overheating: The pump features an active cooling system. However, avoid continuous operation for extended periods without allowing it to cool down. The pump can inflate up to 3 boards consecutively before requiring a cool-down period.
• Pressure Settings: Always set the correct pressure (PSI) for your inflatable item. Over-inflation can cause damage to the inflatable or the pump. The maximum pressure is 20 PSI.
• Nozzle Connection: Ensure the hose and nozzle are securely attached to both the pump and the inflatable valve before starting operation.
• Children and Pets: Keep the pump out of reach of children and pets. This is not a toy.
• Ventilation: Ensure the pump's air intake and exhaust ports are clear of obstructions during operation to prevent overheating.

4. Setup

1. Connect Power: Insert the 12V DC car connector cord into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. Ensure the connection is firm.
2. Attach Hose:
   • For Inflation: Connect one end of the hose to the Inflation Port on the pump (labeled "INFLATION PORT").
   • For Deflation: Connect one end of the hose to the Deflation Port on the pump (labeled "DEFLATE").
3. Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle attachment for your inflatable item's valve. Securely attach it to the other end of the hose.
4. Connect to Inflatable: Insert the nozzle firmly into the valve of the item you wish to inflate or deflate.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Inflation Process

1. Power On: Press the power button (⏻) on the pump's control panel. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Set Pressure Unit: Press the "BAR" or "PSI" button to select your desired pressure unit.
3. Set Target Pressure: Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the target pressure (PSI) according to your inflatable's specifications. The pump supports a range from 0 to 20 PSI.
4. Start Inflation: Press the power button (⏻) again to start the inflation process.
5. Two-Stage Inflation: The pump operates in two stages:
   • 1st Stage (Low Pressure): Provides high volume at 350 L/min for rapid initial inflation.
   • 2nd Stage (High Pressure): Automatically switches to high pressure at 70 L/min for precise inflation to the set PSI.
6. Auto-Shutoff: The pump will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
7. Cooling System: The active cooling system allows for inflating multiple items consecutively (up to 3 boards to 15 PSI in a row). Allow the pump to cool if it feels excessively warm.

5.2 Deflation Process

1. Connect for Deflation: Ensure the hose is connected to the Deflation Port on the pump and the appropriate nozzle is attached to your inflatable's valve.
2. Start Deflation: Press the power button (⏻) to begin deflating the item. The pump will draw air out, compacting the inflatable for easier storage.
3. Stop Deflation: Press the power button (⏻) again to stop the deflation process, or disconnect the hose when the item is sufficiently deflated.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the pump with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the pump in water.
• Storage: Store the pump and its accessories in the provided carrying case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Hose and Nozzles: Inspect the hose and nozzles regularly for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Replace if necessary to ensure proper sealing and performance.
• Air Vents: Keep the air intake and exhaust vents clear of dust, sand, and debris to maintain efficient operation and prevent overheating.
