Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety instructions before using the product.

  • Do not touch the inner metal mesh: The inner mesh carries a high voltage when activated. The outer grids are designed to be safe to touch, but direct contact with the inner mesh should be avoided.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets: Although designed with safety in mind, supervision is recommended.
  • Do not use near flammable gases or liquids: Avoid using the swatter in environments where flammable materials are present.
  • Do not wash with water: This is an electrical device. Clean only with the provided brush or a dry cloth.
  • Store in a dry place: Protect the device from moisture.

Setup

The YsChois Electric Fly Swatter requires 2 x AA batteries for operation.

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the handle of the swatter.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert 2 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Operating Instructions

Using your YsChois Electric Fly Swatter is simple and effective:

  1. Activate the Swatter: Press and hold the activation button located on the side of the handle. A red indicator light will illuminate, signifying that the high-voltage grid is active.
  2. Swat Insects: Swing the swatter towards the target insect. When the insect makes contact with the electrified mesh, it will be zapped. You may hear a "zap" sound and see a small spark.
  3. Deactivate: Release the activation button to turn off the high-voltage grid.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your swatter.

  • Cleaning the Mesh: After use, small insect debris may accumulate on the mesh. Use the provided cleaning brush to gently remove any residue. The brush is designed to fit into the mesh for effective cleaning.
  • Do Not Use Water: Never rinse the swatter with water or any other liquid. This can damage the electrical components.
  • Battery Replacement: If the indicator light does not illuminate or the zapping power decreases, replace the AA batteries.

Troubleshooting
