1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using your Bear Air Fryer. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your local mains voltage before connecting.
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least 10 cm (4 inches) free space on the back and sides and 10 cm (4 inches) free space above the appliance.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
- During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlet openings. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and from the air outlet openings.
- Always ensure the frying basket is properly inserted before operation.
- The outer surfaces may become hot during use. Do not touch hot surfaces directly. Use handles or knobs.

3. Initial Setup
- Unpack the appliance and all accessories. Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels.
- Clean the frying basket and crisper plate thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
- Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Insert the crisper plate into the frying basket, then slide the basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On and Basic Operation
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The display will illuminate.
- Place your food into the frying basket. Do not overfill.
- Slide the frying basket back into the appliance.
- Use the touch control panel to select your desired cooking settings.
4.2 Temperature and Timer Adjustment
The air fryer allows for precise control over cooking temperature and time:
- Temperature Range: Adjustable from 145°F to 400°F (60°C to 200°C).
- Timer Range: Adjustable from 30 minutes to 9 hours (for delay start).
Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel to adjust temperature and time. Press the 'Temp/Timer' button to switch between adjusting temperature and time.

4.3 Using Preset Functions
The air fryer includes 8 preset functions for common dishes, simplifying the cooking process:

Simply select the desired preset icon on the touch screen. The air fryer will automatically set the optimal temperature and time for that food type. You can further adjust these settings if needed.
4.4 Visible Window and 360° Hot Air Circulation
The transparent viewing window allows you to monitor your food's cooking progress without opening the basket, ensuring perfect results and preventing overcooking. The 360° hot air circulation technology ensures even cooking from all sides, eliminating the need to flip food during the process.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
5.1 Cleaning the Frying Basket and Crisper Plate
- The frying basket and crisper plate are non-stick and dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.
- After each use, unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the basket and crisper plate. Wash them with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn food residue, soak them in warm, soapy water for about 10 minutes.
- Alternatively, place them in the dishwasher.

5.2 Cleaning the Main Unit
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Clean the interior of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure no water enters the electrical components.
- The air fryer features an all-metal interior for enhanced durability and easier cleaning.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your air fryer, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
