1. Product Overview

Anti-Tipping Device Installation:

For enhanced safety, secure the anti-tipping device to a wall stud. If baseboards prevent the bed from sitting flush against the wall, a wooden spacer may be required between the wall and the bracket to ensure proper attachment and stability.

L-Shaped Desk:

The spacious L-shaped desk provides a surface measuring 74.8 inches in length by 14.2 inches in width on one side, and 41.3 inches in length by 11.8 inches in width on the other. This area is suitable for multiple desktop computers, a laptop, and other study or work essentials.

Storage Features:

• Staircase Shelves: Utilize the shelves integrated into the staircase for storing books, toys, or other personal items.

4. Safety Information

• Weight Limits: The top bunk has a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs. The storage stairs can support up to 200 lbs. Do not exceed these limits.
• Guardrails: Full-length guardrails are provided for user safety while sleeping.
• Recommended Mattress: Use a mattress with dimensions of 75" x 38" and a thickness of 4-6 inches. This ensures that the mattress top is at least 5 inches (127mm) below the top edge of the guardrail for optimal safety.
• Anti-Tipping Device: Always install the anti-tipping device as instructed to prevent accidental tipping of the bed.

• Bed Wobbles After Assembly: Ensure all bolts are fully tightened. If the anti-tipping device cannot be secured due to baseboards, consider using a wooden spacer to bridge the gap between the wall and the bracket, allowing for secure attachment.
• Desk Surface Appears Narrow: While the L-shaped desk is spacious, using multiple large monitors along with a keyboard and mouse may feel compact. Adjust your setup as needed.
• Drawers are Fabric, not Wood: The product features fabric drawers with a wood-look print for lightweight and easy installation. This is an intentional design choice.
