The Greenery SolarPlay Q2402M is a high-capacity portable power station designed for various applications, including home backup, camping, and outdoor activities. It features a 2304Wh LiFePO4 battery with a 2500W continuous output (5000W peak) and supports ultra-fast charging.

4. Setup Guide

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the power station. The Q2402M supports multiple charging methods:

• AC Wall Outlet: Connect the provided AC charging cable to the AC input port on the side of the power station and then to a standard wall outlet. The unit can charge from 300W to 1100W.
• Solar Panel: Connect compatible solar panels (up to 500W) using the XT90 solar charging cable to the XT90 input port.
• Car Charger: The unit can also be charged via a car charger (adapter not included).
• AC + Solar Dual Input: For the fastest charging, combine AC and solar input for a maximum of 1100W, achieving 0-100% charge in approximately 1.5 hours.

4.2 Understanding the Display

The LCD display provides real-time information about the power station's status, including input wattage, output wattage, battery percentage, and estimated remaining runtime.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

To power on the unit, press and hold the main power button until the display illuminates. To power off, press and hold the same button until the display turns off.

5.2 Using AC Outlets

The power station features 4 AC outlets. To activate them, press the AC ON/OFF button located near the outlets on the side panel. The display will indicate AC output is active. Ensure the total wattage of connected devices does not exceed 2500W.

5.3 Using DC and USB Ports

The unit provides various DC and USB ports for charging smaller devices:

• 2 x USB-A (QC3.0)
• 3 x USB-C (PD 20W)
• 1 x USB-C (PD 100W)
• 1 x Cigarette Lighter Port
• 2 x DC5521 Ports
• 1 x XT60 Port

Press the respective ON/OFF buttons for DC and USB sections to activate these ports.

5.4 Adjustable Input Power Settings

The power station allows adjustment of input power from 300W to 1100W. This feature helps protect electrical devices and extends battery life by allowing slower charging when full speed is not required.

5.5 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Function

The built-in UPS function provides seamless power transition during outages. When connected to an AC power source, the unit acts as a pass-through. In case of a power failure, it automatically switches to battery backup within 0.08 seconds, protecting sensitive electronics.

5.6 LED Lighting

The power station includes an integrated LED light bar. Press the light button to cycle through different modes: constant on, SOS signal, and flash mode. This is useful for emergencies or general illumination.

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your SolarPlay Q2402M Portable Power Station.

• Storage: For optimal performance and to prevent damage, store the power station indoors when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to outdoor elements, which can degrade components.
• Battery Care: The LiFePO4 battery is rated for 3500+ cycles. To maximize battery life, avoid fully discharging the unit frequently. Store the unit with at least 50% charge if not used for extended periods.
• Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
• Ventilation: Ensure the ventilation grilles on the sides are clear of obstructions to prevent overheating.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your SolarPlay Q2402M, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Unit Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is charged. If the battery is completely depleted, connect it to an AC source for a few minutes before attempting to power on.
• No Output from Ports: Verify that the specific output section (AC, DC, USB) is turned on using its respective ON/OFF button. Check if the connected device is within the power station's wattage limits.
• Overload Protection Activated: If the unit shuts down or displays an overload warning, disconnect some devices. The power station has protection against overcurrent and surge.
• Charging Issues: Ensure all charging cables are securely connected. For solar charging, verify that solar panels are receiving adequate sunlight and are compatible.
• Unusual Noise/Smell: Immediately power off the unit and disconnect all devices and charging cables. Contact customer support.
