LED Indicator Guide:

5. Setup Instructions
- Unpack the Charger: Carefully remove the battery charger, AC power adapter, and power cord from the packaging.
- Connect the AC Adapter: Insert the small round connector of the AC power adapter into the DC input port located on the side of the charger (refer to Figure 4.3).
- Connect the Power Cord: Attach the power cord to the AC power adapter.
- Plug into Power Outlet: Plug the other end of the power cord into a standard AC wall outlet (100-240V). The charger is now ready for use.
6. Operating Instructions
Charging a Battery:
- Insert Battery: Align the compatible battery (e.g., Trimble SPS series battery, P/N: 53018010, 53022010) with one of the charging slots on the charger. Gently push the battery down until it clicks into place.
- Monitor Charging Status: The corresponding LED indicator for that slot will illuminate red, indicating that charging has begun.
- Charging Complete: Once the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator will turn green.
- Remove Battery: To remove the battery, gently press the release tab (if present) or pull the battery upwards from the slot.
You can charge one or two batteries simultaneously. Each charging slot operates independently.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect the charger from the power outlet before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the charger. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: When not in use, store the charger in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure no batteries are left in the charging slots during storage.
