1. Product Overview

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

  1. Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  3. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
  4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
  6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
  7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
  8. Do not use outdoors.
  9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

  11. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  12. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
  13. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

3. Components and Assembly

Familiarize yourself with the various parts of your Bella-PRO Multicooker before initial use.

Components:

  • Main Unit Base: Houses the heating element and control panel.
  • Removable Ceramic Pot: 6-quart capacity, nonstick coating.
  • Tempered Glass Lid: With cool-touch handle and steam vent.
  • Steam Rack (Optional/Included): For steaming vegetables or other foods.

Assembly:

  1. Place the main unit base on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Insert the removable ceramic pot into the main unit base, ensuring it sits securely.
  3. If using the steam function, place the steam rack inside the ceramic pot.
  4. Place the tempered glass lid on top of the ceramic pot.

4. Operating Instructions

The Bella-PRO Multicooker offers a variety of cooking functions accessible via its digital touchscreen control panel.

General Operation:

  1. Ensure the ceramic pot is properly seated in the base.
  2. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
  3. Press the START/STOP button to turn the unit on.
  4. Select your desired cooking function using the dedicated buttons or the MENU button to cycle through options.
  5. Adjust time and/or temperature using the + and - buttons.
  6. Press START/STOP again to begin cooking.
  7. To stop cooking at any time, press the START/STOP button.

Cooking Functions:

Sear/Sauté:

  • Use this function for browning meats or sautéing vegetables before slow cooking or for standalone dishes.
  • Add a small amount of cooking oil or butter to the ceramic pot.
  • Select SEAR/SAUTÉ and set the desired temperature and time.
  • Once heated, add ingredients and cook, stirring as needed.

Steam:

  • Place the steam rack inside the ceramic pot.
  • Add approximately 1-2 cups of water or broth to the bottom of the pot, ensuring it does not touch the food on the rack.
  • Place food on the steam rack.
  • Select STEAM and set the desired cooking time.
  • Cover with the tempered glass lid.

Slow Cook:

  • Ideal for stews, roasts, and other dishes requiring long, gentle cooking.
  • Add ingredients to the ceramic pot.
  • Select SLOW COOK and choose your desired cooking time (e.g., 4-8 hours).
  • Cover with the tempered glass lid.

Keep Warm:

  • After most cooking cycles, the multicooker will automatically switch to the KEEP WARM function.
  • This function maintains food at a serving temperature for up to 12 hours.
  • To manually activate, select KEEP WARM from the menu.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Bella-PRO Multicooker.

Before Cleaning:

  • Always unplug the multicooker from the power outlet.
  • Allow the unit to cool completely before disassembling or cleaning.

Cleaning the Ceramic Pot and Lid:

  • The removable ceramic pot and tempered glass lid are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
  • Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
  • Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing.
  • Do not use steel wool, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners on the nonstick surface.

Cleaning the Main Unit Base:

  • Wipe the exterior of the main unit base with a damp cloth.
  • Do not immerse the main unit base, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
  • Ensure all parts are dry before plugging the unit back in or storing.

Storage:

Store the multicooker in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Ensure all components are clean and dry before storage.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Bella-PRO Multicooker, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
