1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your Generic Lightweight Stick Vacuum Cleaner, Model AN-20241225-06. Please read these instructions carefully before operating the appliance and retain them for future reference.

2. Important Safety Instructions

5. Setup

Follow these steps to assemble your vacuum cleaner:

  1. Attach the Extension Pole: Insert the extension pole into the main vacuum unit until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Attach the Floor Brush: Connect the floor brush to the other end of the extension pole. Ensure it is firmly attached.
  3. Alternative Handheld Setup: For handheld use, attach the desired nozzle (2-in-1 Long Flat Suction Nozzle or Small Hair Brush Suction Nozzle) directly to the main vacuum unit.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet (110V).

6. Operating Instructions

To operate your vacuum cleaner:

  1. Power On/Off: Press the power button located on the main unit to turn the vacuum cleaner on or off.
  2. Cleaning Surfaces:
    • For hard floors, tiles, wood, carpets, and rugs, use the floor brush with the extension pole.
    • For sofas, beds, tables, and car interiors, use the main unit with the Small Hair Brush Suction Nozzle.
    • For narrow gaps, corners, and hard-to-reach areas, use the main unit with the 2-in-1 Long Flat Suction Nozzle.
  3. Maneuvering: The floor brush head can swivel 90 degrees up and down, and 180 degrees left and right, allowing for easy cleaning under furniture and around obstacles.
  4. Emptying the Dustbin: When the dustbin is full, press the one-touch release button to detach it. Empty the contents into a waste bin.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your vacuum cleaner.

7.1 Cleaning the Dustbin and Filters

  1. Detach Dustbin: Ensure the vacuum is unplugged. Press the dustbin release button and remove the dustbin from the main unit.
  2. Empty Dustbin: Empty all collected debris into a trash receptacle.
  3. Disassemble Filters: The internal components, including the HEPA filter and other filtration parts, are detachable. Carefully separate them.
  4. Wash Components: Wash the dustbin and all filter components (except the main motor unit) with cold water. Do not use hot water or detergents.
  5. Dry Thoroughly: Allow all washed parts to air dry completely before reassembling. Ensure the HEPA filter is absolutely dry to prevent blockage and maintain suction power.
  6. Reassemble: Once dry, reassemble the filters and dustbin, then attach the dustbin back to the main unit.

7.2 General Care

  • Wipe the exterior of the vacuum cleaner with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Check the floor brush for tangled hair or debris regularly and remove as needed.
  • Store the vacuum cleaner in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
