Setup

Follow these steps to set up your heating pad:

  3. Press the TIME button to select an auto-off timer setting:
    • 30 minutes
    • 60 minutes

    • 120 minutes
  4. Position the heating pad on the desired area of your body (neck, shoulders, or back), ensuring it is comfortably and correctly placed.
  5. The heating pad will automatically shut off after the selected timer duration. To turn it off manually, press the power button.

Maintenance and Cleaning
