Setup
- Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the removable battery. The battery can be charged while attached to the lunch box or separately. Connect the charging cable to the battery port and a suitable power source. The indicator light will show charging status.
- Insert Battery: Once charged, ensure the battery is securely inserted into the designated slot on the side of the lunch box.
- Prepare for Use: Ensure the food tray is clean and dry before placing food inside.
Operating Instructions
- Prepare Food: Place your prepared meal into the non-stick stainless steel food tray. The capacity is 500 milliliters.
- Secure Lid: Close the lid firmly, ensuring all latches are secured to create a watertight seal.
- Activate Heating: Press the single power button located on the side of the lunch box. An indicator light will illuminate, signifying that heating has begun.
- Heating Time: Allow approximately 10-15 minutes for your meal to reach an optimal warm temperature (63-74°C). Heating times may vary based on food type and initial temperature.
- Release Pressure: Before opening the lid, gently lift the pressure relief valve to release any accumulated steam or pressure.
- Enjoy Meal: Open the lid and enjoy your hot meal.
- Turn Off: The device will automatically turn off after the heating cycle. To manually stop heating, press the power button again.

Maintenance and Cleaning
- Remove Battery: Always remove the battery pack before cleaning the main lunch box unit.
- Hand Wash Only: The food tray and main unit should be hand washed. Use mild soap and warm water.
- Do Not Submerge: Do not submerge the main lunch box unit in water. This can damage the internal electronics and void the warranty.
- Non-Stick Tray: The stainless steel food tray has a non-stick coating for easy food release and cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the coating.
- Dry Thoroughly: Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembling or storing the device.

Troubleshooting

Hot Bento warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the Date of Purchase. Under this Limited Warranty, Hot Bento will, at its option, repair or replace legitimately defective products.
